TEAM-BUILDING FOR A CAUSE Engage Your Team — Build Care Packs for the Greater Good
Imagine the impact of a drawstring bag, packed to lend hope and dignity. Our Care Packs come with essential items that mean everything to someone in need — a veteran, a family, a child, someone experiencing homelessness. By sponsoring and hosting a Care Pack Build Event, you can engage your team in a fun activity for the good of people in your community. We have distributed thousands of packs. And with your help, we’ll do thousands more.

Provision Ministry is seeking a full-time, ambitious, and driven team member to lead and expand funding initiatives through corporate and foundation grants, church donations, and individual donors. This role is part of a core team reporting to the President & Founder.
Job Description and Responsibilities include:
· Researching funding opportunities and writing grant requests to support operational, program, and capital needs.
· Grow current donor base and increase support. The role involves tracking grant deadlines, communicating program information clearly, and maintaining strong relationships with donors.
· Effectively reflect and communicate the ministry’s mission and values through work-ethic and communication.
· Role can be performed remote from home with occasional site-visits, team-meetings and pack event support primarily in greater Westborough MA & New England.
· Compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated fundraising success.
Ideal Qualifications include:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3–5 years experience in similar role
· Microsoft Office
